The Platform reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any feature, interface element, tariff plan, accrual percentage, or core functionality at its sole discretion at any time without prior notice.

By participating in the Platform's programs, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to the following operational realities:

Absolute Asset Risk: All interactions with digital assets, cryptographic protocols, and investment simulations carry an inherent risk of partial or total capital loss. Golden Capitals does not guarantee, explicitly or implicitly, any continuous profitability, fixed returns, or preservation of the principal deposit amount.
Past Performance Model: Any historical results, percentage scales shown on the interactive calculator, or statistics displayed on the website are strictly educational and do not serve as an indicator or guarantee of future yield.

Market & System Failures: We bear no responsibility for financial losses resulting from global cryptocurrency market volatility, hardware node disconnections, block network delays (USDT, BTC, etc.), or system maintenance downtime.
Force Majeure & Cyber Threats: The Platform is not liable for data breaches, funds misplacement, or ledger freezes caused by third-party hacking attempts, phishing, or targeted cyber-attacks on your personal account due to weak user security.
Indirect Losses: Under no circumstances shall Golden Capitals be liable for any indirect, accidental, or consequential damage, including loss of potential profits, emotional distress, or structural business interruptions arising from using or being unable to use our dashboard.

4. User Accounts, Security & Anti-Fraud Policy

Age & Legality: Users must be at least 18 years old. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that participating in online digital asset platforms complies with the local legislation of your country of residence.
Credential Sovereignty: You are strictly responsible for keeping your password, 2FA codes, and withdrawal PIN confidential. Any request authorized by your security keys or PIN will be treated by the system as valid and executed automatically.
Multi-Accounting & Abuse: Creating multiple accounts within the same IP subnet or manipulating the partner structure to artificially trigger rank bonuses is strictly forbidden. The Platform reserves the right to lock abusive accounts and forfeit accumulated bonuses without prior warning.
